Very disappointed I brought a 2001 Mercedes SUV with a bad steering pump. I got a price of 1600$ the car is worth 3000$ at best, instead of working to get the best solution I was told “ well it’s a Mercedes “. I checked on parts which I can get for under 300$ and I doubt that you were getting Mercedes part. Ripping people off because “it’s a Mercedes” is not professional business. I will never use you again

Brian, We are sorry you were dissatisfied with our quote to repair the Mercedes. The quote was for the power steering pump and pressure line due to leakage from both items. The parts quoted on your estimate were in fact genuine Mercedes parts with the appropriate labor book time to complete the job. We do not like to use after market parts (especially power steering pumps) due to bad experiences with the quality of aftermarket parts in the past. What we strive for is the best, quality professional repair we can offer on every vehicle. In some instances (this being one of them) the cost can be effected by this as well.

I had started on a trip to Chicago from New Jersey with my family in a 2013 suburban when the transmission basically stopped working. We were able to nurse the car down HWY 202 a mile or so to Honest 1 where the manager in charge, despite a busy schedule and one man short, took the time to evaluate what was going on and clarified that our transmission had blown. Allowed us to leave our car there while we figured out how to purchase another vehicle. I was very impressed with how helpful and reasonable and honest they were. I would recommend working with them to anyone and will plan on doing so.myself from now on.

Truly honest. Excellent customer service. Always going the extra mile to make sure you will be safe on the road. Explain clearly what is really necessary and what can wait. They have coupons. Been going there for a year.

My Boyfriend discovered this place and they did such honest and reasonably priced work on his car so I had them service mine as well - so glad I did because they gave me the same great service!! They were so good they are my only place to go... and I live in Cherry Hill so it isnt right around the corner but totally worth it!!!

My daughter was leaving for college the same day she told me her car was having problems. Scott got us in and resolved the issue before lunchtime. We really appreciate Scott and his teams dedication to customer service.
