I have been a female customer for about 6 years now. Each time I am treated with respect. I do not feel I have been cheated nor swindled into additional and unnecessary repairs. Prices are very fair. Scott is always an absolute pleasure to deal with, as well as Leon. Last week there was a new face behind the counter who also had excellent customer service skills. There was actually $0 charge for my last visit which is unheard of from other places I've experienced. An extra bonus is the explanation I always receive from the shop about what is going on with my vehicle, why & how it's happening, and what I can expect now from my vehicle's performance. Before I became a customer of this shop, I trust my vehicle maintenance and repairs to my husband and his repair shop staff. I am divorced now, and that's no coincidence lol. In all seriousness, my husband's pay check largely came from commission. That means with every customer, he saw dollar signs. It was his job to manager the shop and to sell, upgrade services, etc. The more he charged you, the money he put in his own pocket. I do not get that same vibe from this shop.
