My vehicle was in their business and sometimes they make errors repairing my vehicle. I bought my vehicle for one thing and when done something else they messed up on. In reply I appreciate for the response due to what I spent, MY driver signal light was out but I found out the problem recently my passenger bulb was out basically it was partially defective so I replaced it and just like that all lights working again. I just want professional mechanics to work on my car without damaging all my hard work please.
Chris, if this in reference to the headlight not working after replacing the lower control arms on you vehicle unfortunately it is a coincedence. The connectors for the headlight are all the way in the top of the engine compartment and not disturbed when control arms are installed. As per the headlight not working we preformed diagnostic on it at no charge, found the vehicle side connector for the headlight to be heavily corroded, the connector to have been damaged on a system that we have not worked on(clip that retains connector to headlight side connector is gone and was zip tied to hold together) and at fault for the light being inoperative intermittently. We have also offered to repair the connector at no charge to you, unfortunately we were unable to get the part same day. As per any other errors, we reviewed the work that was done and there were a host of different issues fixed all one at a time and done to the best of our ability and no documented errors on any of the repairs. If there is an issue with something please feel free to call us so it can be resolved. Thank you Flemington Auto Care
