HORRIBLE service . They made appt for 10am. By 11am still hadnt even dropped pan or fluid for service, just left car on lift. When I asked, their answer was "you can take it someplace else." Wow...NEVER AGAIN
Lou, your vehicle was inside our shop for 30 minutes before you accused of us of ignoring your truck and not working on it. We apologize for running slightly behind today but we cannot predict whose vehicle may need extra attention while here. We wish it was a perfect world and everything was spot on time everytime. We do our best with that. My tech was unfortunately working on a lift that was across the shop from his tools, the bolts the bolts that hold the transmission pan were rusted and needed to be removed with specialty tools and then replaced. The time that job is rated to take by ford is approx 2.4 hrs. We have that on paper if you would care to have a look. #1 we did not charge you for the 2.4hrs as other places would have as it did not take us that long, you supplied your own parts, many places will not except that or raise there labor rate which we did not do, and you were not told to go elsewhere it was asked if you would like us to stop so you could go elsewhere in hope of being done quicker. We are sorry for the "poor" service. In our eyes we provided thebest service possible at the time you were in. We do our best to accomadate and run on time, sometimes it doesnt go perfectly - Management
